Adam A. Beane is a founding partner of Walker Novack Legal Group. As an attorney, he takes great pride in always seeking pragmatic solutions for his clients’ problems, and providing each client with representation customized to fit their needs. In representing his clients, Mr. Beane can be as aggressive or conciliatory as the situation demands. Whatever the case, he provides comprehensive legal judgment and services to satisfy his clients’ needs and objectives.
Mr. Beane primarily concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights and real estate law. He has significant experience representing banks, financial institutions and various other creditors throughout the State of Ohio in matters involving both consumer and commercial debt. This experience includes collections, foreclosure, replevin, receivership, cognovits, domestication of foreign judgments, loan restructurings and workouts, bankruptcy, and related civil litigation. In addition, Mr. Beane is skilled at representing clients in connection with general real estate matters, including purchase and sale transactions, deed preparation, real estate and land use litigation, leasing, landlord-tenant disputes and evictions, title disputes, title examination, and other issues relating to real property. Finally, Mr. Beane frequently represents individuals and businesses in various other civil matters, including breach of contract, fraud, and complex commercial and business litigation.
